At the Beauty Corner, we strive to provide you with an excellent shopping experience, as your satisfaction is our number one goal.

In saying this, we will happily issue you a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) that you have purchased from us. Just get in touch, and we will do what it takes to make it right! 

Our policy is very simple; just check out the information below to ensure that you know how to process your return. It’s easy, we promise!

Returns Eligibility:

If something does not meet your expectations or you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop with the following details:

  • Order number and email address associated with your purchase.
  • Specify which item(s) you are returning and the reason why.

Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any item back to us.

As soon as we receive your request, our return address will be provided with further instructions for processing your return. Easy as that!

Things to Consider:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns after 30 days of the date you received your order.
  • When shipping your return, be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or your order number.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

Once we receive your returned package and inspect the condition of the item(s), you will be contacted via email.

If your return is accepted as per our Returns Policy, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment within five business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.

You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

Return Shipping Cost:

We do not provide pre-paid return labels nor cover/ reimburse any return shipping costs. Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost involved in returning a product to us.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend being careful with your product(s), as soiled or used items will not be accepted and will be sent back to you, at your own expense.

The Beauty Corner cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment, so we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details when mailing your return.

Damaged/ Defective Items:

We understand that sometimes items arrive defective or damaged.

On the slight chance that you do not receive your purchase in excellent condition, please contact us immediately at shop@thebeautycorner.shop, including the following details:

  • Order number and email address associated with your purchase.
  • Specify which item(s) you are returning and the reason why.
  • Please include an image or video of the damaged item(s) to support the claim.

We aim at being quick and efficient, so as soon as we receive your request, we will be more than happy to assist you in getting your refund sorted so that you can re-order in no time.

We will cover the cost involved in returning a damaged item to us, and a full refund will be posted to your original form of payment within five business days. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

Exchanges:

Due to price fluctuations and to ensure items are in stock when you need them, we don't offer direct exchanges at present.

To make the returns process as easy and efficient as possible for you, we only offer refunds.  You can return any new, unused item for a full refund and place a new order with the item that you would like instead.

We aim to have your return refunded as soon as it is received back in our warehouse, allowing you to reorder as quickly as possible. This will usually be within five working days of you posting the return with your chosen courier service. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

Final Sale Items:

Only regular priced items and sale items may be refunded. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a return, and no refund will be issued on them.

In-Store Credit & Gift Cards:

The Beauty Corner does not offer store credit or gift cards at this time.

Order Cancellations:

The Beauty Corner’s order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. Therefore, when you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and can’t be changed or cancelled.

In this case, you will have to initiate a return and we will provide a full refund for you to place

a new order. If you’d like to return the item(s), please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop  within 30 days from receiving your package. For more details, read the “Returns Eligibility” section of this Policy.

On the other hand, The Beauty Corner reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, out of stock merchandise, or any other reason that may prevent us from providing you with the products subject to your order.

There will be no further obligations to you, even after you receive an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
