          RETURNS & REFUNDS:

          What’s your Return Policy?

          We just want you to love it! Return anything, for any reason. 100% Guaranteed!

          A return must be placed within 30 days of the date you received your order.

          The item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense.

          Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are received outside of these conditions.

          How do I return my order?

          If something does not meet your expectations, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

          To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop  with the following details:

          • Order number and email address associated with your purchase.
          • Specify which item(s) you are returning and the reason why.

          Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any item back to us.

          What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

          If your order arrives with a damaged or defective item, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop with a description and image of the damage. We will be happy to take a look at your order and discuss options!  

          Can I exchange my item?

          Due to eventual price fluctuations and to ensure items are in stock when you need them, we don't offer direct exchanges at this time.

          To make the returns process as easy and efficient as possible for you, we only offer refunds.  You can return any new, unused item for a full refund and place a new order with the item that you would like instead.

          How long does a refund take to process?

          We aim at being quick and efficient, so as soon as we receive your request, we will be more than happy to assist you in getting your refund sorted.

          Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a full refund on your original method of payment.

          Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

          ORDERS:

          Why I didn’t receive my Order or Shipment Confirmation Email?

          If you didn't receive your Order or Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop. We will confirm the email address associated with your account and give you all the information needed.

          We often find that incorrectly typed email addresses are the main cause of this issue. Additionally, when using PayPal, please check to make sure an alternate email address is not associated with your PayPal account, as your Order Confirmation email may have been sent there.

          Can I cancel or change my order?

          When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and can’t be changed or cancelled. However, we will try our best to assist you if the package has not left our warehouse yet.

          If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to it. In this case, you will have to initiate a return and we will provide a full refund for you to place a new order.

          Please email us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop as soon as possible with your request, and we will confirm if your order is eligible or not for a change or cancellation, and the next steps to follow.

          SHIPPING:

           How long will it take me to receive my order?

          We put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to you as quickly as possible, no matter where in the USA you live.

          All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days, and delivered via USPS approximately within 2 - 5 days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

          What if my package is late or lost?

          If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days from placing it, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop.  

          NOTE: Before contacting us, be sure to check around for your package. Some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

          What if I receive my order incomplete or there is a missing or wrong item?

          If your order arrives with a missing or wrong item, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop. We will be happy to take a look at your order and discuss options!

          How can I track my package?

            There are two easy ways to stay up-to-date on the status of your order:

            • All orders include a tracking number. We will email your tracking number after your order is processed and dispatched. You can check the carrier’s website with your tracking information.
            • Additionally, you can now keep track of all your the Beauty Corner orders through the mobile app “Arrive.”

            Can you ship my order internationally or process international credit cards?

            At this time, we only ship to addresses that are located within the United States – this includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

            And even though we can only accept credit cards from the United States at this time, we do accept Paypal. But please note that your shipping address must be located within the United States.

             

            PAYMENTS:

            What payment methods can I use?

            The Beauty Corner currently accepts all major Credit Cards and PayPal payments.

            Is checkout safe and secure?

            Absolutely! All purchases at checkout are safe and secure.

            To protect the security of your information during transmission, we use the industry-standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information you input before you conduct your transaction, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

            Why is my Credit Card information not being accepted?

              If you get an error message about a credit card failure after attempting to submit an order, you may want to check the following:

              • Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings in your name, street address, city, state and zip code.
              • Verify that your billing name (including middle initial) and address on your credit card bill is exactly the same as you have entered. Check a mailed statement to be sure.
              • Try re-entering your CID or security code. If your card is saved, try entering it as a new card.

              If you have validated that the information is correct and you receive an error message at another attempt, please contact us at shop@thebeautycorner.shop.

              NOTE: With each submission, you may place another hold on your funds for the total amount of the order. If this happens, those authorizations will drop off your account within 1-8 business days, but up to 30 depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further questions.

              Does the Beauty Corner charges sales tax?

                State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the following states and U.S. territories: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NC, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, OK, PA, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

                Taxes are based on the address you are shipping to. If you live outside of city limits, we recommend entering your full 9 digit zip code.

                Shipping and handling is a taxable service.

                Additionally, customers are responsible for other local taxes, duties, or fees that are incurred during the delivery of your order. All local fees incurred during shipping or after, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
